Work Order Scope

This Work Order is entered into by and between PixelGR, LLC, and Fatherhood & Family Service Hub, establishing the scope of services, deliverables, and pricing for digital solutions customized to support your business objectives. All services will be delivered according to industry best practices and PixelGR's standard quality guidelines, with custom requirements addressed during project kickoff.

ADA Monthly

  • PixelGR will complete monthly ADA checks on the website to ensure the site stays within ADA compliance. $600/Annually. If their is an issue PixelGR will credit you $50 to go towards the cost to keep the website compliant. 

Square on your website for donations.

We will configure your Square account and securely integrate it with your website. All transactions will be processed directly into your account. The setup will meet all required compliance standards, include full testing, and provide a fast, reliable payment solution.

Agreement Terms

By signing below, all parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Work Order, which represents the complete understanding between PixelGR, LLC and Fatherhood & Family Service Hub regarding the web design and software services specified above.

Any amendments or additions must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The client affirms that it has reviewed, understands, and accepts all terms and authorizes PixelGR, LLC to proceed with the work ordered in this agreement.

Hosting Disclaimer: Clients who choose to maintain their own hosting, builder, or third-party applications may do so; however, PixelGR, LLC is not responsible for hosting performance, builder limitations, third-party updates, or compatibility issues.

Payment Authorization: By signing this Work Order, client authorizes PixelGR, LLC to process payment using the provided payment method information for the deposit amount due upon signing and the final balance amount due upon project completion as specified in the Financial Summary above.

Electronic Signature Disclosure: By proceeding with electronic signature, you acknowledge that: (1) You have the right to receive a paper copy of this Work Order upon request at no charge; (2) You may withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time without penalty; (3) Electronic signatures have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures; (4) You will need a computer or mobile device with internet access to view this document; (5) You may request a paper copy by contacting PixelGR, LLC at any time.
