Work Order Scope

This Work Order is entered into by and between PixelGR, LLC, and Plano Landscaping Company, establishing the scope of services, deliverables, and pricing for digital solutions customized to support your business objectives. All services will be delivered according to industry best practices and PixelGR's standard quality guidelines, with custom requirements addressed during project kickoff.

Phase 1: Google Business Profile Setup (PixelGR)

PixelGR will create and configure Google Business Profiles for the primary domain and all secondary service-specific domains.
Profiles will be set up using client-provided business information, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Initial profile structure will be established to support future Map Pack, AEO, VSO, and LLMO optimization.

Phase 2: Client Profile Data Entry (Client)

Client will log into each Google Business Profile.
Client will add and verify basic business details, including hours, descriptions, categories, service areas, and images.
PixelGR will be available for guidance if clarification is needed during this step.

Phase 3: Google Business Profile Optimization (PixelGR)

PixelGR will fully optimize each Google Business Profile for local visibility and conversion.
Optimization will include Map Pack positioning strategy, service relevance tuning, and category refinement.
Advanced optimization layers will be applied, including AEO, VSO, and LLMO-aligned structure where applicable.
Schema and supporting structured signals will be implemented as needed to reinforce entity authority.

Phase 4: Website Content Population (Client)

Client will build out general website content for each domain.
Content will include core service pages, basic informational sections, and initial copy needed for optimization.
PixelGR will provide guidance on content structure, page hierarchy, and priority pages as needed.

Phase 5: Full Website Optimization (PixelGR)

PixelGR will perform full-stack optimization across all domains.
Optimization will include SEO, AEO, VSO, and LLMO best practices.
Structured data and Schema markup will be implemented to support search, voice, and AI-driven discovery.
Internal linking, page structure, metadata, and semantic clarity will be refined.
PixelGR will advise on any final content adjustments required to reach full optimization status.

Agreement Terms

By signing below, all parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Work Order, which represents the complete understanding between PixelGR, LLC and Plano Landscaping Company regarding the web design and software services specified above.

Any amendments or additions must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The client affirms that it has reviewed, understands, and accepts all terms and authorizes PixelGR, LLC to proceed with the work ordered in this agreement.

Hosting Disclaimer: Clients who choose to maintain their own hosting, builder, or third-party applications may do so; however, PixelGR, LLC is not responsible for hosting performance, builder limitations, third-party updates, or compatibility issues.

Payment Authorization: By signing this Work Order, client authorizes PixelGR, LLC to process payment using the provided payment method information for the deposit amount due upon signing and the final balance amount due upon project completion as specified in the Financial Summary above.

Electronic Signature Disclosure: By proceeding with electronic signature, you acknowledge that: (1) You have the right to receive a paper copy of this Work Order upon request at no charge; (2) You may withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time without penalty; (3) Electronic signatures have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures; (4) You will need a computer or mobile device with internet access to view this document; (5) You may request a paper copy by contacting PixelGR, LLC at any time.
