Work Order Scope

This Work Order is entered into by and between PixelGR, LLC, and Best Price Tires & Autos, establishing the scope of services, deliverables, and pricing for digital solutions customized to support your business objectives. All services will be delivered according to industry best practices and PixelGR's standard quality guidelines, with custom requirements addressed during project kickoff.

1. Scope of Services

The PixelGR agrees to provide the following services (3-month period):

Two (2) posts per day on the Client’s Facebook Business Page
One (1) post per day in a relevant Facebook Group

Posts may include, but are not limited to:

Promotional content
Educational or informational posts
Brand awareness content
Community engagement posts
Calls-to-action (CTAs) such as messaging, booking, visiting the website, or visiting the store

Content will be created and scheduled by PixelGR.

2. Purpose & Business Growth Objective

The goal of this service is to:

Increase brand visibility and recognition
Drive consistent traffic to the Client’s Facebook page and website
Build trust and authority within the local and target audience
Encourage daily engagement and customer interaction
Support long-term lead generation and sales growth

3. Why This Strategy Works

Facebook rewards consistent daily activity. Posting multiple times per day ensures:

Increased reach due to Facebook’s algorithm favoring active pages
More opportunities for engagement (likes, comments, shares)
Higher chances of being seen by followers at different times of day
Continuous brand presence without relying on paid ads

Group posting further strengthens this strategy by:

Positioning the Client as active and involved in the community
Creating trust through repeated exposure

4. Google Business Profile Posts

Strategic Shared Posts:

PixelGR will select one or two posts per week, alternating weekly
These posts will be pulled from the Facebook posts and formatted accordingly

5. As part of this Work Order, PixelGR will update and optimize the Client’s Facebook Business Page to improve its overall appearance, professionalism, and effectiveness.

This includes:

Updating or refining the page bio, description, and business information
Improving page layout for clarity and branding consistency
Updating cover photo, profile photo placement, and featured visuals
Ensuring call-to-action buttons are properly set (e.g., Call Now, Message, Book Now, Learn More)
Highlighting services, offers, or key information for easy customer navigation
Aligning the page with best practices for Facebook’s current layout and algorithm preferences

Complete GBP optimization and verification
High-quality photos and videos setup

Local AI discovery optimization for Answer Engine visibility

Agreement Terms

By signing below, all parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Work Order, which represents the complete understanding between PixelGR, LLC and Best Price Tires & Autos regarding the web design and software services specified above.

Any amendments or additions must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The client affirms that it has reviewed, understands, and accepts all terms and authorizes PixelGR, LLC to proceed with the work ordered in this agreement.

Hosting Disclaimer: Clients who choose to maintain their own hosting, builder, or third-party applications may do so; however, PixelGR, LLC is not responsible for hosting performance, builder limitations, third-party updates, or compatibility issues.

Payment Authorization: By signing this Work Order, client authorizes PixelGR, LLC to process payment using the provided payment method information for the deposit amount due upon signing and the final balance amount due upon project completion as specified in the Financial Summary above.

Electronic Signature Disclosure: By proceeding with electronic signature, you acknowledge that: (1) You have the right to receive a paper copy of this Work Order upon request at no charge; (2) You may withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time without penalty; (3) Electronic signatures have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures; (4) You will need a computer or mobile device with internet access to view this document; (5) You may request a paper copy by contacting PixelGR, LLC at any time.
